2. About Lamb Culture Collective

Lamb Culture Collective is a creative movement dedicated to helping Christian creatives overcome obstacles through a Christ-centered system. We provide artist management, music production, content branding, events, and related services.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Lamb Culture Collective or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

5. User Accounts

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Products and Services

We offer various products and services including physical merchandise, digital downloads, music distribution, artist management, and event services. All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.

7. Payment Terms

Payment for products and services must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods as indicated during checkout. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

8. Refunds and Returns

8.1 Overview

At Lamb Culture Collective, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This section outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds for both physical and digital products sold through our store.

8.2 Physical Products

8.2.1 Return Eligibility

Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • The item must not be damaged, worn, or altered in any way
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

8.2.2 Non-Returnable Physical Products

The following physical products are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items purchased more than 14 days ago
  • Items that are clearly marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

8.2.3 Return Process for Physical Products

To initiate a return for a physical product:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number
  5. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team

8.2.4 Refund Processing for Physical Products

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

8.2.5 Defective or Damaged Physical Products

If you receive a defective or damaged physical product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

8.3 Digital Products

8.3.1 Refund Eligibility for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (including but not limited to music downloads, digital albums, e-books, software, and digital content), refunds are generally not available once the product has been downloaded or accessed. However, we may consider refunds in the following circumstances:

  • The digital product is defective, corrupted, or cannot be downloaded/accessed
  • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same product
  • The product description was significantly inaccurate or misleading
  • You have not yet downloaded or accessed the digital product and request a refund within 48 hours of purchase

8.3.2 Non-Refundable Digital Products

Digital products are generally non-refundable in the following cases:

  • You have already downloaded or accessed the digital product
  • You simply changed your mind about the purchase
  • The product does not meet your personal expectations or preferences
  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake (unless within 48 hours and not downloaded)
  • You do not have the required software or device to use the product

8.3.3 Refund Process for Digital Products

To request a refund for a digital product:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] or call +234 8053705087 within 48 hours of purchase (if not downloaded) or immediately if the product is defective
  2. Provide your order number, product name, and detailed reason for the refund request
  3. If applicable, provide evidence of the defect or issue (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
  4. Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days

8.3.4 Refund Processing for Digital Products

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • You will lose access to the digital product once the refund is processed
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

8.3.5 Digital Product Replacements

If a digital product is defective or cannot be accessed, we may offer a replacement or alternative product instead of a refund, at our discretion. We will work with you to resolve the issue in a satisfactory manner.

8.4 General Refund Terms

8.4.1 Payment Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.

8.4.2 Processing Time

While we process refunds within 5-10 business days, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. This typically takes 3-5 additional business days.

8.4.3 Currency

All refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original transaction. If currency conversion is involved, the refund amount may differ slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations.

8.5 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a physical product for a different size, color, or item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order. For digital products, exchanges are not available due to their nature.

8.6 Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is shipped or processed. For physical products, contact us immediately after placing your order. For digital products, you may cancel within 48 hours if the product has not been downloaded. Once an order is processed or shipped, standard return and refund policies apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lamb Culture Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lamb Culture Collective, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
